2026 Summer Print Recap: Our Favourite Projects & Fall Printing Ideas

Another Busy Summer at Evergreen Graphics Group

Summer always seems to fly by at Evergreen Graphics Group, especially when the presses are busy!

Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of print projects for businesses across the GTA, Ontario, and Canada. From trade show displays and custom die-cut stickers to brewery printing, training materials, and direct mail, no two projects are ever quite the same.

As summer winds down, we’re taking a look back at a few of the projects that kept us busy—and looking ahead to the fall marketing, trade show, and holiday season.

Making an Impact: Trade Show Displays and Pull-Up Banners

Trade show and event season kept our large-format printing capabilities busy this summer.

We produced trade show displays and pull-up banners designed to give businesses a professional, polished presence at conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Pull-up banners continue to be one of our favourite event solutions because they're portable, reusable, and easy to set up while still creating a big visual impact.

Whether you need a single banner or an entire event package with signage, brochures, promotional products, and branded materials, Evergreen can help bring everything together under one roof.

Beyond Print: Promotional Products and Event Packages

Summer projects weren’t limited to traditional print. We also helped clients extend their branding into custom promotional products, apparel, and complete event packages.

From custom Hillman T-shirts to branded Sealy pens, promotional products gave our clients another way to keep their brands visible beyond a brochure, sign, or business card. The right promotional item can support a corporate event, conference, employee program, customer giveaway, or marketing campaign while giving recipients something useful they can take with them.

One project that brought several of our capabilities together was the Community Stroke Conference event package.

For the conference, We helped coordinate a collection of branded materials designed to create a consistent, professional experience throughout the event. Rather than sourcing individual pieces from multiple suppliers, the project demonstrated how print, signage, promotional products, and event materials can all work together as one coordinated package.

Read our Community Stroke Conference Project Spotlight to see how the different pieces came together.

Whether you need branded apparel, pens and giveaways, printed collateral, signage, or a complete event kit, our promotional products capabilities make it easier to keep everything consistent—and manage it through one supplier.

Custom Shapes That Stick: Die-Cut Stickers

Stickers were another summer favourite—especially custom die-cut stickers.

Instead of being limited to traditional squares and circles, die cutting allows the finished sticker to follow the shape of a logo, character, product or custom design.

They're perfect for:

  • Promotional giveaways
  • Product packaging
  • Events and trade shows
  • Branding kits
  • Retail promotions
  • Laptop, bottle, and equipment branding

From simple shapes to completely custom designs, stickers are an affordable way to turn your logo or artwork into something people actually want to keep.

Training Workbooks Built to Be Used

Not every project needs to be flashy to make an impact. This summer, we also produced custom training workbooks and educational materials designed to organize information clearly while standing up to regular use.

From corporate training and employee onboarding to seminars, workshops, and educational programs, professionally printed workbooks make it easier to deliver consistent information while reinforcing your organization's brand.

Depending on the project, we can help with paper selection, covers, tabs, binding, and finishing options to create a workbook that's practical, professional, and built for its intended use.

Summer on Tap: Keg Collars and Beer Labels

Summer and craft beer tend to go hand in hand—which means our brewery printing was busy once again.

We produced custom keg collars and beer labels for brewery clients, helping keep their branding consistent from the keg room to the retail shelf.

Keg Collars

Keg collars may be small, but they're an important piece of brewery print. They help identify the beer while providing room for branding, product information, and other important details.

Custom shapes and die-cutting can make them even more distinctive.

Beer Labels

For cans and bottles, the label is often the first thing customers notice.

We produce custom beer labels on rolls, with options for different materials, shapes, and finishes—helping breweries create labels that look great and perform in real-world environments where moisture and refrigeration matter.

Whether it's a seasonal release, a new SKU, or an established brand, we can help take a label from artwork to finished roll.

Postcards: Simple, Tangible and Still Effective

We also saw plenty of postcard printing this summer.

In a world full of emails and digital advertising, a physical postcard gives businesses an opportunity to put their message directly into someone's hands.

Postcards are ideal for:

  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Promotions and special offers
  • Event announcements
  • Product launches
  • Customer appreciation
  • Local marketing campaigns

They're straightforward, cost-effective, and give you just enough space for strong visuals, a focused message, and a clear call to action.

Adding a QR code can also connect your printed postcard directly to a landing page, promotion, registration form, or other digital experience.

One Summer. A Lot of Different Print.

One of our favourite things about looking back at the summer is seeing just how different every project can be.

A pull-up banner might be headed to a trade show. A training workbook could be used by hundreds of employees. A die-cut sticker might end up on someone's laptop. A beer label could be competing for attention on a crowded retail shelf. And a postcard might be the piece that brings a customer through the door.

Different applications—but the same goal:

Create print that works.

At Evergreen Graphics Group, we work as your print consultant and trusted advisor, helping you determine the right materials, production methods, and finishing options for each project.

Looking Ahead: Fall, Trade Show and Holiday Printing

With summer wrapping up, now is the time to start planning for the busy fall and holiday season.

Upcoming projects may include fall trade shows, year-end marketing campaigns, holiday cards, direct mail, calendars, corporate gifts, branded apparel, promotional products, packaging, and seasonal signage.

Planning early gives you more time to explore materials and finishing options, coordinate multiple pieces, and avoid the rush that comes with year-end deadlines.

And if your campaign involves several different components, we can help simplify the process through printing, promotional products, kitting and fulfillment—giving you one partner to coordinate the entire project.
